"This place is a joke. I have been trying to cancel my garbage term life insurance policy that they conned me into as a teenager to lower my auto insurance. I've been trying to cancel this for years. They will continue to blow smoke and send esign docs that don't work hoping I'll forget so they can keep extorting money from me. Thank God I have USAA for all my other insurance. Funny USAA allows you to cancel policies easily from an app. Wish I could give these jokers 0 stars."
